Pete will also introduce to you the basic principles of wood carving on this course. Don't worry if it all seems rather daunting as no previous knowledge or experience is required, Pete will be there to guide you through the process. By the end of the three days you will have carved your very own rocking horse head ready to build your own heirloom! 
 
Three day workshops are held within our studio at the beautiful Sudbury Courtyard, Derbyshire which is set on the edge of the grounds of the National Trust Sudbury Hall and nestled on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The perfect environment for inspiring your creativity. ​All materials, tools, lunch and of course lots of cups of tea are provided in the price, so you just need to bring yourself.
 
Course starts each day at 10am and aims to finish by 4pm.
